customers report

hi gurus,

i need a report to generate customer name, address, contact person, telephone number. is there any standard or do i need to go to sqvi. pleas sug

Dear Naga,

Check with:

T. Code: VCUST

This report will list out all the informations, except Contact Person Name.

Alternatively, Check Table: KNA1 - General Data in Customer Master in T. Code: SE16

There, you will find Fields' name conaining desired informations.

Note: What i suggest, if you have ABAPer in place, take Report: VCUST as base and develop a Custom Report, say ZCUST. In this Custom Report include Table-Field "RF02D-VTXTM" as a new column to capture Contact Person Name. Exclude all other Columns, which are not desired from report: VCUST to report: ZCUST.

There is no Standard Report available for the same.

Dear Naga,

I don't think you have standard report to get the detail report about customer name, address, contact person, telephone number.

You can try in this way,,,

Go to SE 16 then enter the table KNA1 then execute here you go to menu >settings>List format-->Chooge fields here you can select name, address, contact person, telephone number etc then execute noe system will give the detail for all existing customers in the system.
