CCMS alerts not completing

Hi,

I am monitoring all our SAP systems with CCMS but one of the nodes will not allow me to complete the alerts. The alerts are several weeks old and coming from the J2EE engine. There are five App servers that are setup the same way, only one server is having the problem.

When I go into RZ20 and drill down into SAP CCMS Monitor Templates - Exchange Infrastructure - and check the open alerts, there are several alerts showing under the node I am trying to mark complete. When I select the alerts and hit the complete alerts button... which brings me to the alert display screen where you select the alert and hit the Complete alerts button again (which works on all other systems), The screen blinks and on the bottom I see the message that says "select the alerts to be completed" but the alert still appears.

I tried to recycle sapccmsr and sapccm4x and I tried to start and stop the JCO connection on the node but I am not able to clean up these alerts.

Any suggestions?

I reclcled the ccms agents on the node that had the problem and it went away.
