Error occurred in SOLMAN Installation - Create Database

While in installation SOLMAN in the step 12 Create database i am getting this Error.

ERROR 2008-10-23 13:59:32.68

FCO-00011 The step createDatabase with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|10|0|NW_CreateDB|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_OraDBCheck|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_OraDBMain|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_OraDBStd|ind|ind|ind|ind|3|0|NW_OraDbBuild|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|createDatabase was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step :Caught ESAPinstException in Modulecall: Executable E:\/bin/sqlplus returns 1..).

regarding this issues... sounds like a problem with the Oracle environmental variables, go though the pre-installation steps again and check that all the steps are completed and the variables has been set accordingly.
