enable sap bw web functionality

Hi experts,

I'm trying to enable sap bw web following this manual

Two months ago works, i don't know what has happened but now http service is disabled in BW in SMICM transaction, when I execute FM RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET to check my application server host name there are not export parameters indicating the prefix, path, server, port...

Any idea? host file and DNS entry are ok

and when execute function module RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET returns only the parameter E_SUBRC = 651
