Do you know if exist a way to know the deinitive WBS number if I know the provisional number ( when I'm making a new wbs ).

for me is not possible
In CJ20n, when u will create new project.
go in List menu.
In Start value put your Provisional No.
and then click on Propsed option..by this system will give you Definitive No.

Can you please explain the business need a bit further of your requirement !
Why you need to know what will be the definitive WBS elem ?
And what do you understand by "Provisional WBS elem" in the Standard SAP PS system as it is now !
