VPRS condition is not active

dear friends.,

i want to take the VPRS (cost) for the price in procedure but while creating the order the VPRS is missing and in details it is showing that condition is Inactive via formulae of incorrect.

kindly guide me...

Dear Deepak

Ensure the following are maintained

- In V/06 for VPRS, for the field "Condition Category", you have maintained "G"

- Go to VOV7, select your item category and ensure that you have checked the box for "Determine Cost"

- Go to V/08, select your pricing procedure and ensure that for VPRS condition type, Subtotal "B" and Requirement "4" are assigned

This occours if you have any other condition type that is also getting the value from the material master standard cost field. Are you using and price condition type that has Condition Category 'G'?

i checked and tried all these things...

nothing really working.

but same pricing procedure and material setting are working well in a other order type which is for free of charge items and iten category for that is KLN(free of charge)..

so is there any link for VPRS and order type.??

Hi,

Goto item categories VOV7, select the item category choose details.

select the determine cost field.

Go to V/08--Pricing Procedure.. Create new entry for Condition type (VPRS)

Print--X

Subtotal--B

Requirement --4

and also check out in MM02 account viewcheck whether u can give valuation class and Standard price for that material

Valuation class--7920

Price Control--S(Standard Price)

Standard Price--Rs.xxx

and check in item category control data--VOV7 -- check Determine Cost.

Then automatically u can get VPRS condition type in your sales order.

Please check in the material master MM03 > accouting tab the standard price is maintained
