Manager reporting

Hi guys

We have got a situation like this..

We have substitution in our MSS and in most cases, it looks like this:

Manager is assigned to a managerial-position to 2 organization units or more at the same time. In his own unit of which he is the direct superior, he has 100% as the holder of this position. Meaning he has got the relationship A008 linked to this specific position with the rate of 100%.

In other units of which he is a substitute, he has the relationship A008 with 0% rate.

Now, when this manager calls up a personnel-report in manager desktop, he is getting his substitution unit as default instead of his own 100% unit.

What's your advice? Does it need a custom-made evaluation path? If we need to create a new evaluation path for this, what object types, relationships, priority and rel. obj. type should we use?

Appreciate your time and help!

Some update of this thread perhaps...

Will the following evaluation paths work if we assigned it to object type RE (report with variant) in the Manager's structural profile?

Option 1)

10 P B 008 Holder * S

20 S A 003 Belongs to * O

30 O B 012 Is managed by 1 S

Option 2)

10 O B 003 Incorporates C * S

20 S A 008 Holder 1 P

30 O B 002 Is line supervisor of * O
