Hi All,
In the Upgradation Phase we have encounter an error
Starting system failed, rc=0 To analyse the errors during start of shadow instance, view files 'STARTSFI.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG' in directry '/usr/sap/put/log
Repeat phase until shadow instance is started and you cal log on instance number 01.

any filesystem filled up?
did you check sapnote 525677?

those are shared memory errors (see "man shmget"), not filesystem related.
He should check if he reached OS imposed shared memory limits. Since he didn´t specify what OS he uses no suggestion is possible.
