Hi Vinnu,

I propose to read the sticky master data document in this forum.

1. Define some characteristics

2. Define a profile and assign the characteristics and ensure you have maintained the value '2' at the far right end of the assignment screen

3. Create a MC with WG21

4. Assign the profile to this MC

5. Create an generic article ans see the selection screen.

Hi

Did you maintain Merchandise hierarchy tree ? Did you maintain characteristic profile and assigned it to merchandise category?

If not , do it first
