Dear GB BL,

Check with,

T. Code: VA05N (List of Sales Orders)

If you want to know how many sale orders (just count and not the list) were created for a particular Material in selected period, go to:

T. Code: SE16

Key-in Table Name (please check which table to use, i guess VBAK), and executed.

On top, you can see a tab "Number of Entries". If you click this tab, it will show how many sale orders were created for the particular Material in selected period.

Hi,

In VBAK you don't find material field.

Try VBAP . Goto SE16 enter VABP. press enter.

In Menu click on settings, choose fields for selection.

Select VBELN, MATNR press enter. enter matiral number in selection screen press execute.

You get list of sales orders for that material.

Chandra

Dear GB

VBAK is for Header details and VBAP is for Item details. So check in SE16 with table VBAP.

thanks

Dear GB BL,

Here, As i said, check for the right Table.

I think, you should proceed with Table: VBAP in SE16.

and Execute for Selected period.

Here, you will Find Column: Material (4th column from the left).

Just Click once on the Column Name: Material and then Click Tab: Check Table

This will lead to another screen.

Here in Field: Material, Maintain Material (from and To)

and Click Tab: Number of entries

to check the count (i.e. total no. of records)

Or execute to see the list.

I think, this will help a lil-bit.

Best Regards,

Amit

Dear GB

In VA05 or VA05N, you can see all sale orders but I doubt, you can see the total number of orders. If you want to see this, go to SE16, input table VBAK and click on "Number of Entries" on top. This will show you the total sale orders created. Even this will show sale orders created if you specify a period.

thanks
