Rebate Agreements

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have two rebate agreements. one is valid from 27.08.2008 to 01.02.2009 and Agreement status is B. another one is valid from 28.08.2008 to 01.02.2009 and Agreement status is open.

Now the problem is duplication commision were triggered into the sales order.

if we put Agreement status as D Final settlement for first agreement will it terminate?

please help me to carried out final settlement and given me some instructions.

Dear Rao,

I assume you have two record maintained for the same condition type say BO01 with almost same validity. That is the the reason you can see two line for condition type BO01 in condition tab.

When we give status as B in condition record, we can do partial or final settlement for rebate.

After making the payment fron rebate record system generates a credit memo automatically & the status is changed to C. And when you do billing for that credit memo the status gets changed to D.

You cannot give status as D manually.
