Material quantity not picking up

Hi All,

I am creating a sales order. In it I am giving the quantity. during delivery ( VL01N ) the quantity is not showing. It is giving as blank. Copying control is maintained as well as stock. Please can anyone give any solutions for this??

Hi Koushik,

From your question i understand that in your delivery you are not getting even the total quantity from your order i. e. in the field of delivery quantity. After that only we come to the picking.

So please check the copy controls, like order requirements, data transfer.

Routenes like 101. All should be Item level.

please check whether factory calender is assigned to your plant or not. if not assign the same.

Hi,

Please check if any Credit Related Issue exists, try to relaease the Sales Order through VKM3 and create Delivery.

1. Path: (Top most of the Screen) Goto --> Item Details --> Schedule Line.

check confirmed qty

2. or you can check stock in MMBE.

3. if pick qty is grey coloured then goto spro --> logistics execution --> shipping --> picking --> define revelant item categories there check the tick mark

Check Confirned Date in Schedule Line at Sales Order Level.

Path: (Top most of the Screen) Goto --> Item Details --> Schedule Line.

Ensure to follow the above after selecting Line Item.

Do availability check, may be quantity is not confirmed. Also check whether storage location determination is happening or not.
