SAPMSPAD is a standard sap program used by transaction SPOV to create a general overview of print requests and as far as I can see theres nothing you can do to adjust the ouput, meaning that creating a variant is not possible.
Now why you want to run this as a batch job is a mistery as you can print the report directly from SPOV.
