on running t-code fbz5, the customer's name is printed around 1mm above. however i have moved the height of the cheque window by 1 mm downwards to print it at the required place but it is not doing so.
Previously it was printing properly because the page size was Dina4,but this time when the new stalk came, the page size is 1mm longer than the previous lot. I have even tried by creating a new page format.
