URL missing in Bid Invitation Email

Hi Experts,

We use SRM 5.0 (Server 5.5) SP 011 and ECC 6.0. The scenario is ECS.

Craeted a bid and bidder received the email to the address maintained in the master data. However, the email has a PDF attachment of the Bid itself and the URL is provided as &IV_URL&. Please see the email below.

Can you please tell me how to fix this? Appreciate the help.

I would like to know if you got it resolve your problem.

I am with the same problem and i don't know how fix it.

In my case, i need to change the text of the variable &IV_URL&, but, i don't know where this Smartform is called. Does it called for an abap program or configuration?

We encountered the same problem, after implementing a note &IV_URL& is missing..

Is there any configuration or BADI implementation to solve this issue?

Hi,

This is a problem with the formating used text element in smartform. Please change the style format used for &LV_URL& to another one. It will fix the issue.
