Multiple Orders

I have multiple order combined into a single delivery, in the delivery created storage location is missing, further the orderr are having different shipping point.

Kindly let me know, as this delivery should not have been created due to different shipping point/

Single Delivery will not be created for multiple shipping point. For same Shipping Point, it is possible to combine multiple Sales Orders.

Hi,

In sales order to delivery copy control at item level (transaction code VTLA), check the routine assigned in the field "order requirements". It looks the routine assinged, allows creation of one delivery for different sales order having different shipping point.

For missing storage location in the delivery for line item, you can check in the sales order -> line item -> shipping tab. If the value is missing in the storage location filed, then in delivery also it will not populate.

Just in the last two three days, this specific question has been posted by many members and you could find the details had you searched the forum. Please search the forum b4 posting such repeated questions.

Please note that if you want to generate one delivery against multiple sale orders, the following should be same in all sale orders

- Ship To Party

- Inco Term

- Transportation Group

- Delivery Priority

- Shipping Point

If any of the above differs in any sale order, then you will get multiple deliveries.

Delivery split means, from one order multiple deliveries taking place.

If the items have same Ship-to-party, Shipping point, Delivery due date, Route and Incoterm, then they can be process in one Delivery.

If the above criterias are not same , then that order will be resulted in multiple deliveries and this is called Delivery split.

Try the following:

Go to T Code : VTLA ( Copy control Sales Order to Delivery)

Select the desired Source SO and target Delivery Type.

Go to the item category and change Order Requirements to "102" instead of "101"

System will ignore Shipping point and will allow you to create Delivery without split on Shipping point.
