LAC authentication problem

Hi experts!

I installed LAC 2.0 following the installation guide. The smoke test was OK.

When I access the Live Auction from the SRM, I get the User Management page prompting me to type User ID / password.

If I enter the purchaseru2019s user id and password (same ID and password I am using to logon to SRM), I can access the LAC.

Why the system is asking me to login again and how can I resolve the problem?

Hi,

It looks SSO issue. Please double check the SSO setting section in the installation guide.
