Transport of Copies and Qa approval procedure problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with my QA approval procedure ,the normal requests go directly to the QA worklist and everything works fine but when we release a transport of copies it goes to the stms queue rather than to the worklist hence we have to manually transport this type of request is there anyway these type of requests can be be included in QA worklist.

Is there someplace in Qa approval procedure whre the type of requests specified gets included in QA worklist

The problem is being encountered in BBPCRM 4.0 and R/3 Enterprise Systems

Did you put a message to SAP? I have never come across this problem.

What is your system release?
