Problem Searching Catalogues

Hi all.

I have auser that is having an issue with regards to searching the catalogues, they are searching for a vendor and the results are coming back all well and good, but then if you want to search fior items with in these results they are getting a blank page back all the time.

there is also onether issue that you are also told you have 10 pages of items when you go to page 2 then it displays a message no items found.

This leads me to TREX but i am being told TREX is all good and all services are running...

All suggestions and solutions welcome.

Hi this relates to level SAPK-26413INCCM we are on SAPK-27009INCCM

We are on a higher level so this should be already applied.

Hi Steve,

CCM is coded in 640, the 640 SP in the case of CCM should be a direct match to 700 Basis also, i.e. just because you are on SP9 in 700 WAS does not mean that this is higher (in the case of CCM) than SP13 for 640 WAS. The note is still applicable in this case, i.e. you are 4 sp's below the note release.
