Loading Russian forms

Hi Guys,

I'm on an ECC 6.0 system at hot pack SAPKH60011. I want to use the smartforms for Russia (e.g. J_3R_OS4). These were in SAPK60007 - but they are not on my system.

How can I load them?

Hi

If you already have the smartforms with u in XML format.. Then you can upload From SMARTFORMS tcode.

In smartforms Tcode, In Menu, Utilities--> Upload Form.

I did try this, as there a couple of notes with zip files of the forms. However, if the form does not already exist, you get an error message which I can't seem to get around...

Invalid file format (name space http://www.sap.com/abapxml)

I'm not sure if this is because it is an SAP form.

Hi

Its not because it is an SAP form...but I think there is some problem with the file format of the form you have.

Are u assigning the XML format from the presentation server...?

Just double click on the XML and see if it is showing any error message. IF there is a problem it will show.

you're right - these are not the forms, they are something else ('context'?) - I don't have an xml of the forms, so back to my original question - how can I get them?

Ok. If u have the access to the server where these forms are...then In smartforms tcode,under menu-->Download form..

If you dont have them, and U have access to service.sap.com, you can download from there also.

By the way,which application smartforms are u looking for?

I don't have them on any server. How can I get them from service.sap.com - I am looking for J_3R_OS1, for example.

Could you try with the following methods:

Procedure to download the pre-configured Smart Forms is explained in the SAP Note 595812

Detailed information regarding the Pre-configured Smart Forms is available at:

To download pre-configured Smart Forms package:

Go to http://service.sap.com/installations, select tab "download".

On the right hand side screen, locate navigation tree node

SAP Software Distribution Center->Download->Installations and Upgrades->Entry by Application Group.

In the main window (right hand side), follow the path SAP Best Practices->Best Practices for mySAP All-in-One-> PRECONFIGURED SMART FORMS. Different versions of pre-configured Smart Forms are available here for download.

Thanks, Vishwa but no luck with any of those routes. The S-note 595812 does not exist.

http://service.sap.com/preconfiguredforms - when I go through the menu, I only find forms localised for America.

http://service.sap.com/smb/development/preconfiguredforms seems to be a dead end - the page loads but it has no links.

http://service.sap.com/installations is the same as the first one - I can't find straightforward Russian forms.

In case anyone reads this, looking for something similar - the forms in question were Adobe forms, rather than smartforms - so no use in a 4.7 system.
