copy control issue

Hi,

I want to copy all the quantity of one sales order whose sales document category is Debit Memo request to another sales order whose sales Document category is Order.For that i keep the copy quantity field blank in the copy control bt it is not working.

Could anyone let me know wat i am missing?Or becasue of different sales doc category we are getting this issue?

Hi,

Try by mainataining Copy Quantity in copy control as 'B' in T.Code: VTAA and check if the same is working fine.

Hi,

the reason is are different type of quantity.

in an order you have Order Quantity (VBAP-KWMENG) and

in a debit note you have Target quantity (VBAP-ZIEME).

Move the KWMENG to ZIEME in your copy form and it schould work.

That things has been taken care thanks alot bt i don't want to copy the rejected items in the target document.For that i maintained copy requirement as 301 bt still it is copying the rejected tiem without the rejected reason.
