SAPGUI Installation Server - Upgrade to SAPGUI 7.10

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade from SAPGUI 6.40 to 7.10. I'm using a SAPGUI Server and wonder if there's a way to properly upgrade it to 7.10? Found an option in documentation that says how to update server but seems like it only works as an update an existing 7.10 server to newer version rather than upgrading from 6.40. Is it possible to upgrade server?
