CHARM- Status description problem in user defined statuses in log

Hi all,

Iam facing a problem in change request log.

For the standard statuses the description is coming. but for user defeined status the description is not coming.

20.10.2008 09:31:34

The status was set to the value 'Authorized

Change Request - Internal

20.10.2008 09:31:17

The status was set to the value E0007

____________________

Change Request - Internal

20.10.2008 09:29:27

The status was set to the value 'Authorized'

___________________

Change Request - Internal

20.10.2008 09:29:04

The status was set to the value E0007

Do we need to maintain this information in any table externally.

Kindly advice in this issue.

Hello Subhashini,

Here's what you have to do:

check SPRO -> ... -> ChaRM -> Change Transaction Types -> Define Status Attributes

You need to maintain an entry for your transaction type / status profile / status combination.

e.g.: add the entry ZDCR ZDCRHEAD E0007

After that you will see the correct name instead of technical name.

Thank you very much it has resolved my issue.

I missed to enter user defined statusees in define status attribute table.
