assigned amount is different in cj31 and reports

Dear all,

please help me on this problem.

when i use cj31 to see the budget, i see 86546.71 in the assigned colum.

but when i see the report S_ALR_87013558, the assigned amount is 46497. and the committ is zero. acutal is 45857.

how could that happen? i am confused.

please tell me something.

check whether in S_alr_87013558 you are checking for relevant fiscal year.eg.2009.or for overall

if it is correct, then check the values in the table BPJA through Transaction SE16

Could i add one more question?

how can i trace the assigned amount in CJ31?

i want to know the details of the assigned.

our CO consultant cannot find the problem, he thinks it is my PS issue.

In CJ31 you cannot see assigned values at Overall.

You can check assigned values in relevant year.

For e.g. select year 2009 in Period field.

After selecting,scroll and you can see the assigned column.

Assigned is the total of your commitments and actuals.

You can go in report S_alr_87013558.

there you can see actuals and commitments.

select actuals or commitments column and click call up report.

you can see the details of actuals and commitments

May be there database problem

Run CJEN and then CJBN for that project.
