Inspection Instruction printing

HI All,

I have one query i am in Upgradation project I Have one issue that when i assign Inspection Plan and specification for inspection Lot and click on sample( In QA32> change Inspection lot).

i am getting Message that Inspection Instruction will be printed when u leave the transaction,but i am not getting spooling in t-code sp01 ;and how to Integrate this Inspection Instruction printing with sample.

I checked all but not getting any clue,

Hi Micheal Frank,

1) Automatic Print

Hi first you need to set indicator in SPRO for Print Inspection instruction under Inspection type.

Follow SPRO path.

SPRO -> QM - > Quality Inspection -> Inspection lot creation -> Maintain Inspection type -> choose required inspection type, under Inspection type active tick mark print inspection Instruction immediately, Print sample drawing instruction immediately and save.

System will create the print instruction automatically at the time of inspection lot creation.

2) Manual Print

Go to QA02 enter lot number click print instruction icon save. after save system will print the instruction.

Revert for further clarification.
