Rebate Agreement

HI SAP Gurus,

Can anybody explain what does mean Agreement status in the Rebate agreements?

Here i am able to see 4 status.

What is the difference between B Agreement released for settelmet and D Final settelment of agreement already carried out?

Hi,

Here are the status for rebate agreements:

1) When you create a rebate agreement in transaction "VBO1" and save it then the initial status will be "open"

2) When you want to create a credit memo reuest against a rebate document then you have to change the status to "B".This has to be done manually

3) When the credit memo request is created then the status will be changed to "C" automatically

4) Finally when you create a credit memo against a credit memo request and the financial entries are hit then the status will be changed to "D" automatically.
