In Addition to that, Following Screen no are available in Sales order for additional tab for program SAPMV45A.

Scr No - Description

8309 - Sales Document Header User Exit Header (TAB B)

8459 - Sales doc. Item User exit item (TAB B)

8310 - Sales Document Header User Exit Header (TAB A)

8460 - Sales Document Item User Exit Item (TAB A)

Hi thx for replyin,

i checked the link wat u gave.

Go to SE51.

Give the program name as SAPMV45A

Give the screen number as 8309

Press change button..

Go to the layout..

Then add a new field..

after this what is the next step to be followed -by suggest.

I don't have Access_key to proceed further and check, at my end; but if you have added the components in to Screen Painter for:

Program: SAPMV45A

Screen: 8309

ACTIVATE the Program.

what i mean to ask is whether we need to change in user exit also or any other place ?

when new field is added.

Dear,

There is no screen exit given by SAP, therefore direct SAP screen modifiction is required.

--> Add ZFIELDS, you want to add to screen in Table: VBAP as Include Structure.

--> Go SE51 (already explained), add what ever fields you have added in VBAP to screen.

--> No programming unless you need any validations on those fields.

Actually there are 2 fields addded in additional data tab Previously.

I'm trying to find how it's done.

where all changes have been made to incorporated these 2 fields -pl suggest where all i need to chk
