hi friends.
i have developed one script and with the help of rstxscrp program i have exported the script to my desktop.
Now i want to upload the same script to another server.
please tell me the procedure.
thanks®ards
meena.
Hi
U can use the same program to upload the script also. Execute the program(rstxscrp) from the server where you want to upload script and in mode key in IMPORT. Then give the path from presentation server.

When u press F4 to give the file...In File of Type select all All Files..and try. IF that does not work out then:
Ok. Lets do little change here. I think because of the file format, you are getting this error.
What is the file format which you have now?
Just download the script in text format(give extension as .txt) and then upload it into appln server.

VIshwa.

Hi Meena,
Try this
1. Use the same program RSTXSCRP.
2. Give Object name example "ZCREDIT_MEMO".
3. Mode is EXPORT
4. Choose radio buttom "From/on frontend"
5. Give file name "C:\Documents and Settings\sap\Desktop\Credit.txt"
6. Do not check "Binary format".
After download open Credit.txt . First line will be "SFORMZCREDIT_MEMO" if object name is ZCREDIT_MEMO.
Check till this then proceed for upload.

Hi,
Use the program RSTXSCRP : SAPScript Export to Dataset/SAPScript Import from Dataset.
You can use this program to download and upload any script, style and even standard text.
Choose the form and object name from object selection screen and enter the file name (on your desktop) and execute. Once the file is downloaded to your desktop you can easily upload the same file to any other SAP system using the same program.
If you have download your sapscript by report RSTXSCRP, use it to do the import.
Run RSTXSCRP choose FORM and IMPORT as mode and give the name of your SAPSCRIPT
