Hi,
I have the following scenario:
a. Logistics first created a consignment fill-up (KB) for 10pcs
b. Few days later, the brand informed us that the retailer has sold 2 pcs. Logistics will create a consignment issue (KE) to invoice the 2pcs.
c. One week later, Logistics will raise a consignment Pick-up (KA) (create with reference) to generate a Collection Note, so that the warehouse can use this collection note for collection purpose.
However at VA01, it is still reflect as 10 pcs, does it mean the collection note will still be reflected as 10pc ? but this is not correct as actual outstanding is only 8pc.
Anyone out there who can advise?
Hi there,
After the consignment issue KE is PGI'ed, is the relevant movement type reducing the stock at the consignment special stock?
If no then check with the MM team why the movement type is not reducing the consignment special stock. It should reduce 2 quantity from consignment special stock & increase the goods in transit or GR stock at the customer.
If it does, then system will automatically take 8 quantity in the KA order. Coz only 8 is available in consignment special stock location.

Hi Sivanand,
Yes, the stock is reduced.
What the user wants is that when she references the consignment fill-up, the qty should also be reduced by this qty. She does not want to manually enter the remaining qty at 'KA' time as sometimes there may be many item lines.
Right now there's no link between the 'KB' and 'KE'?
Hi,
While creating the Consignment Pick up order through VA01 with reference click on ITEM SELECTION & enter the qty.2 nos.
Thanks & Regards,
