How to delete already existing webservices from my webas

Hai,

Anybody please help me out , on the following scenario

I want to delete my exisiting webservices from my webappliction server,

What is the procedure to delete these webservices

Hi Somaraju,

are you using Web AS Java? If yes, then you can use the Visual Administrator to remove an existing web service. Just connect the tool to the server, go to the Deploy service on the server, then in the Runtime tab on the right you can sort the deployed apps by container type (i.e. select the Containers checkbox). Then expand the webservices_container node, locate your web service app, select it and press the Remove button.

Then you're set!

how to install this tool, and how to configure my system to do this,

what is the uses of this tool

Hi,

you don't install it, it's already in the software.

to start the Visual admin, go to \usr\sap\<SID>\JC<Instance_number>\j2ee\admin folder and start the go.bat file.

Then login to the server using an Administrator user and corresponding password. Then navigate to the Deploy service.. Rest of the things are in my first message.
