Numbering internal and external service desk

hi,

I need that the number of internal message follow the same succession of external message in the service desk of 3.20 SOLUTION MANAGER.

Hi,

Maintain same no. range at both places(Tx. Code)

1. DNO_NOTIF

2. CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE

Assign no. range to transaction type SLFN.

Inspire for further explanation by rewarding.

Hi,

Is your problem resolved? You need to specify internal and external no. range and then test it. Inspire by rewarding.

hello.

thank you very much, to organize the range of internal and external issues and achieve that by creating the service desk solution from 3.2 or manager from another system, is generated consecutively, but when I consult the message created from solution manager (internal number) appears without a number.
