How can we disable DELETE_ROW icon in configuration tab of
tx : SOLAR02 if have tried a lot but couldn't succeeded please give me some inputs or clues or code to me.

have you tried to just take away the authorization to use the icon? It would be grayed out then.

To take away the authorization to use the icon i have to find right enhancement point to disable that i did find i thnk there is no such enhancement point is there any other way.
Did you look at object S_IWB?
Removing activity "06 - Delete" will stop people from deleting docs for that role.
