increasing extended memory

Hi all

I have a question regarding extended memory (em/initial_size_MB) in relation with free physical memory on st06

If I increase the extended memory, do the free physical memory on st06 will decrease??

What is the rule to set the size of virtual memory ?

We have 16GB Physical memory and 52.428.800 swap space

Our current virtual memory is

Size of Extended Memory 4.190.208 K

Virtual memory allocated TOTAL 5.912.802 K

Can anybody explain it to me
