Copying routine

Hi

Can any body guide...i want to split billing according to my storage location fron delivery to billing.

i want to create copying routine and assingn it at copy control.

plz give what logic i should follow......or any other idea????/

Hi,

Please compare the VBAP-LGORT if unique then allow in single Invoice ,if not split .

Hi there,

In copy control VTFL from delivery to billing, at the item level, there is a field called Data VBRK/VBRP.

There you assign the routine 001, Inv.split (sample) or 007 Inv.Split (Rec/Div).

In the routine put a code to compare the storage loc at the delivery level.

If the storage loc is different, then the system should split the invoice as per the storage loc.

Explain the requirement to the ABAPer. He would put the condition in the routine prog. Go to VOFM --> copy requirments --> billing, to check what prog controls the routine. Put the logic in that prog.

Where are these copy controls assigned? I am getting an error when creating a delivery saying that the number is missing...any ideas?
