Cancel Internal Excise Number

I want to Cancel Internal Excise Number which was created using T-code- 'J1IG'.

How can i do that.

Hi Virendra,

Inorder to Cancel the J1IG document. you can use the J1IG transaction itself where you have a cancel button at the top of the screen. Enter the invoice details & then save the document.

Dear Virendra,

1. Goto J1IH

2. Select Tab: Cancel exc inv

3. Give the excise invoice number, Document Year, Series Group

and ENTER. System will prompt Msg: Do you really want to cancel the Excise Invoice; Click Yes.
