No Autorization to Create Message in STWB_WORK

Hi ALL,

I have a user in Solution Manager to whom the following Roles are assigned.

ROLE NAME

SAP_BC_STWB_WORK_ALL Test Workbench: Test Execution - Full Authorization

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE Role for Support Desk Creator

But still when tried to click "Create Message" under STWB_WORK, it says "No autorization to create a Message"

Note: Create Support Message screen from Transaction "NOTIF_CREATE" can be accessed.

Please guide if i have missed something.

Hi Pradeep,

If the user has the authorization for the transaction SU53, check for it. It displays the missed authorization objects for the logged in user. Please assign the same for the user then it will work fine.

Hi Raghavendra,

I did try using SU53.

I created a Zrole and assigned it to the user.. but it was of no use

Can you please suggest anything else

dear pradeep

have u configured the service desk?

is the Business partner present for the user creating the message for the ibase selected.

If it is only an Authorization problem then SU53 wil be the only solution for ur prb
