DC's Migration to Production

Hi All,

While developing the WDP application I didnt use the JCo's (I didnt used any logical destinations). Now after migrating the DC's to production what I need to do to ensure that the model is still accessible to WDP.Do I need to reimport all the models?

HI,

You just need to create same JCos in your production system, as present in your current system..

no need to re-import model again in WD

But I dont have any JCo's created on my production/dev server. Do you mean I need to create those compulsorily?

I konw that if I have JCo's and if I am using those then I dont need to reimport the models... but what in case I dont have any JCo's at all?

HI,

your Web as java and R3 are on same server?

If your Web as java and R3 are two diff servers,JCos have to be there. or it will not work at all.

Its the same server .... so it means the W/S's (my model) will work. right??
