Two Level Approver

Hi Experts,

I am working to configure the standard workflow that is WS24500047 and the requirement is that I need two level approval for each task.

Can we do this without changing the the workflow?

Please give me the suggestion.

Hi Kuldeep,

What you need to do is just copy the standard workflow and do the changes as per your requirment and assign the your copies workflow instead of the standard workflow.

Hi,

To enhance WF you have to copy tasks and have to implement it.

you can use wizards for approval if you want.

Looks like, you are using a Quality Notification Workflow. If you can find a way to configure the Notification to be Released/Completed only after two approvals and there is a Rule based function module used for agent determination in Approval task (TS20000905).

If you are unable to configure, best way is to copy the workflow and create one more loop with custom validation in the workflow to loop for the second time.
