printing of notification overview

Hi,experts,

In production server ,when I am trying to take print out of notification overview, system is throughing error message -

"No user specfic shop papers are defined" Error message no-ID612.Please,give your valuable input what setting I need to do.

As in quality client same customizing settings are maintained as in production client but in quality client i am able to take print out.thanks in advance.

hi

check whether in OIDC you have made the settings in quality ,and compare with Production client.May be problem of transporting request
