Wrong display with any chinese character!

Dear expert,

We have a strange problem in Visual Composer with our EP. Any chinese character are wrong in display, not only with BI system, but also with ERP system and JDBC system ,such as query description, column label etc. And we have set the language is 'ZH' of the user used in Portal.

This is EP system and Visual composer version information:
