SERVICE ENTRY SHEET

HELLO EXPERTS,

After creating one service entry sheet using t. code ML81N ,there is one RED button is coming in NO ACCEPTANCE.

Can anybody help me how to make this GREEN.

Again what is t.code for accept SERVICE ENTRY SHEET and how to to this ?

hi

in ml81n when u created the service entry hseet ,u have to click on release flag or press CTRL+F7

the signal will be green and message will come as Will be accepted

got my answer

1) As per Service Entry Sheet,Creation,Change,Display and release are in same transaction-ML81N.

2) Once the data is entered and the service performed is completed,it can be released by Clicking on Rlease Flag(green)after the release and save than only FI document is created.

Without Releasing if Saved no FI document creates.

In the same trasaction, there is a flag button accept ...click on it...doc will get accepted...

Click on Accept button - Flag icon with is available at header level.
