Activation of DUV (Distribution of Usage Diff): CKMDUVMAT

Hi

I am unable to find the node in customizing to activate DUV (Distribution of Usage variances).. This is a material ledger functionality which works even without it

After doing physical inventory, the same can be distributed between prod orders.. But how to activate the same in SPRO??

Can you pls help??

The ECC financials extension needs to be activated in IMG > Activate Business Functions

I could resolve this by actiavting the above component

Under SPRO> Controlling>Product Cost Controlling>Actual Costing/Material Ledger>Actual Costing>Activate Distribution of Consumption Differences.

Here specify the plant and storage location. Enable the check box for Distribution Active and keep default distribution rule as 1 Distribution Active.Activation is completed perplant/storage location. Checkbox only appears when activation takes place during creation of PI documents. You should select the binding indicator setting if the parameter for distributing inventory differences is to be set in BAPIs for creating physical inventory documents.
