Ibase inheritance

Can u tell me the process of the Ibase inheritance to components leval pls tell me the process in details.

hi rama,

you are right, you need to activate in spro crm master data ibase. But The inheritance of partners and addresses is not a physical, but rather a logical inheritance. ie address will not physically go. But if you have activated partner inheritence and you search component using partner, componenet will be available for selection. But if you go in ib52, select your component and press goto partner, you will not find any partner.

Partners and address information will be inhereted from Higher level component to lower level component.

You can change these information at every component level.

Im asking the process how it is done , please tell me the process, wt are the customizagion settings to be done, i maintain the settings in the spro "Partner address and fucntions" inheritance but it not showing in the system. in system ibase, component leval.
