when i saving the billing document accounting document error is coming.."posting keys for accounting determination for transaction EXD donot exists.

Thank u for ur quick sugestions..

In OB40 not maintained any EXD or EX1 account keys or transaction event keys....

But in BED condition Type Condition class i put as 'A' no accounting doc.error

If u put Condition class "D" accounting document above error coming why

Dear Sree

You cannot see Account Key EXD in OB40 but you can see EX2. You have to maintain the relevant Posting Keys for this.

So go to OB40, double click on EX2, give Chart of Accounts, place your mouse on the G/L Account and click on Posting Key on top. Check the posting keys for debit and credit are maintained.

If I am right, it is missing at your end and hence the issue.

Dear Sree,

Please Check:

1. Got to T. Code: OBYC/ OB40

Double-click on the line with transaction key EXD.

Enter your Chart of Accounts

Select posting key (at top of the screen)

Enter Posting key number in debit and credit fields

Then enter GL Account and SAVE.

Note: To create the accounting key in the T.Code: OBCN

2. T. Code: VKOA, whether you have maintained the Account Key EXD for the respective G/L Account.

Check t.code OB40 for EXD. (This is applicable if Excise Condition Type is maintained as Taxes)

If maintained as Surcharge Condition Type, check if relevant combination is maintained in T.code: VKOA.

Hi

Account key EXD is maintained for excise conditions right?

Kindly check whether you have maintained the tax code for condition record. Also please check whether the tax code is assinged in OBCL
