Hi Friends,
When I run MB5L report for a company code for specific G/L, it gives the comparison of two values in two diferent columns. First Column "Material Crcy" gives the figure of total available stock valuation for that G/L, but I am unable to find out what is the second column "Stock account Crcy" value is? Where SAP gets that value and what is that value?
Can anybody please explain what is the value appearing in "Stcok account Crcy" column and where to find that value in any transaction?
Thanks & Regards
Satya

Hi
Stock currency field gives the information of total stock value of the material depending on your selection (valuation area, company code, period etc).
Material currency field gives the GL account balance of the material (BSX entry depending on valuation class).
The difference between these two fields gives the variance currency. We expect the variance should be zero (atleast year wise). Sometimes because of any extra postings (like JV) will lead to inconsistencies in this report. If you run month wise also sometimes variance may come.
Thanks
Hai,
First column specifies the particular material currency aginst the selected period in that G/L.
Second column specifies the stock value of the company code in the same G/L.

BSK
