Location not on Catalogue Shopping Cart template

Dear SRM Experts,

I have maintained the location for an organisation unit in PPOMA under the extended attributes tab.

For freetext/describe requirements shopping carts, the default location pulls through fine under basic data.

However for Catalogue shopping carts, the location is blank and when i go to the dropdown to select there are no locations available to select.

How can I get the default location to show on the catalogue shopping carts?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the feedback.

No, no plant value is returned from the data in the OCI.

However, for our other plant organisational unit the location value does appear and is selectable.

But for this plant, only the company code appears in the Basic Data of the catalogue shopping cart.

On Freetext all the detail is there.

Hi Deelan,

I would expect now the only way to tell for certain is to debug the OCI transfer and SC creation to determine why no location is selected.

Hi Deelan

check youe settings int he web.

go to attribute folder. plant* and choose your backend system.

Hope you get some plant . confirm the same.

The company code has a relationship with location (plant).

bbp_locmap you can see this c code and plant.

check it up please?

In the transferred OCI source, do you transfer a valuation for the location?
