ADS configuration

hello experts,

i configured ADS on EP7 and tested in http://<hostname>:port/wsnavigator,its wrking fine n im getting version info.

When i create an application n deploy im getting this error

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFObjectRuntimeException: Processing exception during a "UsageRights" operation

with Detailed Error Information as below:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.adobe.pdfdocument.base.core.PDFDocumentRuntimeException: Failed to UPDATEDATAINPDF.

Can any1 suggest me hw 2 resolve this error?

Hi Latha,

Guess this error is due to "credentials" which you should supply while installing ADS.

A "UsageRights" error usually relates to either the credential you need to install or the user you need to create to access the ADS. Have a look at the Configuration Guide on the SAP Service Marketplace at /nw04installation -> SAP Web AS -> SAP Web AS 6.40 SR1 and Related Documentation -> Adobe Document Services.
