In File to Idoc while importing SAP objects two options under cnnection data. According to software component version and overwrite server info tempararily. Which option should be selected ? What exactly means by overwrite server info.
Also while creating TS for SAP application how do we check the logical system name given match that in SCC4 ?
Hi,
YES, it will give us Two Options while importing either Idoc or RFC From SAP System
1)According to SWCV means----While Creating the Namespace Under SWCV, we will Enable the Radio button Import RFC/Idoc From SAP System.
At this time we wil enter the Connection Info.So According to SWCV means this values will take.
2)Overwrite Server info means, -
this will take the values what ever we supply now & will overwrite the before info.
Generally the second Option only will be Enabled by Default

From SAP Help
Receiver-Dependent Routing
You can define receiver determinations as receiver-dependent.
You can use this property when configuring cross-company processes where not all communication parties know the entire system landscape description. In this case, you can release an external view of your system landscape for your communication parties. Your communication party then knows the externally released virtual receiver to which he can send his messages. By defining one receiver determination that is dependent on a virtual receiver, you can define the internal receiver system to which the message is to be forwarded.
If you want to create a receiver-dependent receiver determination, select the Sender Uses Virtual Receiver checkbox in the create dialog. The system then displays the input fields for the receiver (party, service).

Hi
Virtual receiver is used when you have a cross company communication. You company internal receiver actully forward the messages to virtual receiver. As this virtual receiver is not a part of your company's landscape this completely hides details of your SLD. This is similar as you use Business service and Business system.

In Receiver determination, towards the bottom we gotta tab that says Configuration overview of Receiver determination. When you fill the details Interface determination and Receiver Agreement tabs on the left side under Service woithout party gets filled. My question is under service without party we see four tabs Receiver Determination, Interface determination , Sender Agreement and Receiver Agreement. Do we fill the Interface determination and Receiver agreement right clicking under Service withut party or by filling it under Configuration overview of Receiver Determination which you find at the bottom of Receiver Determination. It sounds silly but that how I was taught at training institute. Dont know whether we need to do it that way in Realtime. Help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

It depends upon you whether you want to create them under Service without party or under Configuration over view, Generally creating under Configuration overview is a good practice because in receiver determination itself everything can be seen like interface mapping interface determination and receiver agreement except the sender agreement. You can do it by right clicking and selecting new specific from menu list. Mark the blog as answered if you got the solution.
Thanks!

Hi
Which option should be selected ?
Overwrite server info
What exactly means by overwrite server info
This means you can overwrite the setting which are directly inherited
Default option is Overwrite Server info
Also while creating TS for SAP application how do we check the logical system name given match that in SCC4 ?
Logical system name in SLD is assinged to Business system created towards a TS. You can give a logical system name Business system -> Integration ->Logical system name
Thanks

Hi Radhika,
I think,If you will open your SWCV, you will see connection data maintained for R/3 system. This means if you select According to SWCV then this system maintained in SWCV is used for importing objects. But if you want to import it from some other system you provide Overwrite Server info temporarily.
Thanks!
