There is no direct report that will give you this. You can use the report S_ALR_87012172 (Customer balances) to yield this information.
The selections to use would be:
1. Enter the company code
2. Put the entire Fiscal year range you want to check for (say From year 1999 to year 2008)
3. Double click on the Account balance selection and select "equal to". Do not enter any value for this selection.
4. In the checkbox selection, select Normal Balances, special GL balances and Accounts not posted to.
You can configure the layout of the output to your liking.
On execution of the report, you will see a list of customers. The customers where you do not see any value in the value columns is where no business has been done. You will also get customers where the account balance is nil, but there are some credit and debit balances. You can take an excel dump and filter them out.
You can also do a query directly on table KNC3 or if you want a more detailed analysis on KNC1.
