how to find out action log for operation line item changes in work order. ( ex Deletion / changes )

Naresh,

The steps after getting the deleted operation to display are as follows:

Select the operation (highlight row)

Click on "General" button

In the status field you will see DLT.

Click on the information button for the operation status.

In the next screen, click on status DLT, then use menu path:

Extras > Change documents > For status

The change log for the operation status will be displayed.

All the answers look good to me, but you must select the operation to see the action change logs.

If the operation has been deleted, you need to use the menu path: Edit > Display Deletions > On so that you can see the deleted operations to select them to see the logs.

I think u require to activate ECM for this. Action log doesnt have record to this detail a operation level.

In IW 32,on top ExtrasDocuments for orderaction log.There u can see the changes that happen to the order,

Hi Naresh,

Take the order through IW 32.On the top u can see Extras tab.Click on that.There u can find change documents as well as action log.From there u can get the change details to the order.
